HelloFresh is hiring a Distribution Shift Manager to lead a distribution shift, oversee product handling, storage, shipping, quality and food-safety standards, audit compliance, maintain records, and develop a team of colleagues. The role requires distribution-management experience, warehouse-management-system proficiency, G-Suite skills, analytical and leadership abilities, and the ability to work Wednesday to Saturday on a rotating day-to-night schedule. It is based at The Windmill in Derby, offers hybrid working for eligible applicants, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
