ALDI is hiring a full-time Outbound (Shipping) warehouse employee on first shift. The role selects, relocates, sorts, organizes, loads, and prepares merchandise for store deliveries; unloads incoming shipments, performs inventory and cleaning tasks, follows safety and ergonomic procedures, operates powered industrial equipment, and reports product quality or safety issues. The position averages 30–35 hours per week and pays $24.00–$28.00 per hour initially, with schedule-dependent wage scales up to $30.75 per hour.
