ALDI is hiring a part-time Outbound (Shipping) Warehouse Associate for its warehouse operations. The role starts at 7:00 AM on the first shift, averages fewer than 30 hours per week, and pays $25.25 per hour. Responsibilities include selecting, sorting, loading, relocating, and inspecting merchandise; unloading shipments; inventory counting; warehouse cleaning; operating powered industrial equipment; and following safety, ergonomic, quality, and sanitation procedures. The job involves lifting up to 45 pounds and working in ambient, refrigerated, freezer, and outdoor temperatures.
