CEVA Logistics is hiring an Outbound Team Leader for its contract logistics site in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel. The role focuses on leading and motivating outbound employees, coordinating staffing and daily operational processes, ensuring orders are completed on time and to quality specifications, and carrying out process and quality checks in compliance with company and statutory requirements. The position requires several years of logistics operations experience, initial team leadership experience as an advantage, strong knowledge of logistics processes, excellent German, and willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
