The role focuses on leading and motivating outbound employees, organizing staffing and attendance, coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely and quality-compliant order processing, monitoring equipment and resolving disruptions, and performing process and quality checks. The company seeks someone with several years of logistics experience, team coordination experience as a plus, strong knowledge of logistics processes such as picking/commissioning or dispatch, very good German, and willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
