The role is responsible for onboarding and coaching employees, maintaining GDP and 5S compliance, managing KPI-based performance, and improving workflows, workforce planning, and job rotation. Candidates need a bachelor’s or HBO degree or comparable logistics experience, at least five years of logistics leadership experience, German or Dutch communication skills, and flexibility for shifts including weekends.
