General Assembly is hiring a Jordanian employer-engagement and talent-placement professional to connect Jordanian technology graduates with employment, freelance, remote, apprenticeship, and entrepreneurship opportunities across Jordan, the MENA region, and globally. The role manages employer and startup partnerships, tracks graduate outcomes, conducts employer outreach and job matching, supports remote-work and freelancing enablement, and maintains records and stakeholder communications. Candidates should be Jordanian nationals fluent in Arabic and English, hold a relevant degree, and have experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employer engagement, workforce development, business development, sales, or career services.
