High Steel Structures is hiring a 3rd-shift Outdoor Industrial Skilled Laborer in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role involves pre-punching or pre-drilling holes in steel bridge girders, matching mark plates, guiding MI Jack equipment, handling chain products, setting blocking for loading and storage, assisting with onside iron work, and using electric drills. The position requires outdoor work in all weather, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and the ability to read, write, and follow directions; steel erection, rigging, forklift, truck-driving, and crane experience are preferred. Third-shift coworkers receive a 25% shift differential and work four nights per week from 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Full-time coworkers may receive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
