The Outlet Manager will run an outlet as an independent profit centre, aligning operations with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role manages employee, guest, and owner expectations; ensures maximum guest satisfaction; operates within budget; and supports the financial success of the outlet. The posting seeks a candidate with a relevant hospitality or restaurant-management degree, apprenticeship, or diploma, plus at least two years of experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant, with experience in both outlet and banquet operations.
