RH is seeking an Outlet Sales Leader to manage a high-energy sales team at an outlet location. The role is responsible for driving revenue and margin performance, training team members, managing pricing and markdowns, developing client relationships, maintaining brand and merchandise standards, and coordinating with sales, operations, and customer service teams. Candidates need at least two years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings, strong sales and customer engagement results, proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications, English proficiency, and legal authorization to work in the country of application.
