Description
The Store Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, staffing, and operational execution of a Bloomingdale’s outlet when the Group Store Manager or Store Manager is absent. The role supervises approximately 20 or more direct reports, coaches associates, manages onboarding and performance development, and ensures compliance with store policies, asset protection, cash-office procedures, and visual merchandising standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, flexible retail scheduling, and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
