Description
The Outlet Store Supervisor maintains efficient warehouse operations for Goodwill’s Buy the Pound outlet in Hudson, New Hampshire, while providing customer service, supervising warehouse activities, training and ensuring the safety of teammates, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The role requires at least one year of warehouse or production supervision experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, material-handling knowledge, supervision and instruction ability, a valid driver’s license, and a background check meeting agency standards. Compensation is $17.00–$20.00 D.O.E., with medical, vision, dental, flex spending, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, and an employee shopping discount.
