Description
The Outlets Manager will oversee the Grab & Go Market and Lounge Bar at Hyatt Regency Morristown, managing food and beverage operations, guest service, revenue and cost performance, inventory, compliance, promotions, and staff scheduling and development. The role requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and hospitality skills, with preferred experience in upscale food and beverage management, wine and beverage knowledge, retail or café operations, and hospitality education.
