Description
The Outlets Manager will oversee the daily operations of all hotel food and beverage outlets at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard, including service quality, outlet presentation, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, sales performance, profitability, staffing, guest feedback, food safety, and coordination with other hotel departments. The role also leads and develops outlet supervisors and staff, prepares operational reports, and implements revenue and cost-control initiatives.
