Description
Ensemble is hiring an Outpatient Facility Coding Auditor to audit outpatient medical coding for accuracy and compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS, NCCI, and other regulatory guidelines. The role evaluates diagnoses, CPT, HCPCS, CCI edits, and modifier assignments; supports client education and reporting; maintains audit documentation; and provides guidance and training. It requires at least a high school diploma or GED, current CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT certification, and 3+ years of outpatient facility coding and auditing experience. The position is remote but may require travel to client, temporary, or corporate offices, and pays $57,400 to $99,000 based on experience.
