Outpatient Coding Auditor – Surgical Specialty at Sage Clinical RCM, LLC

Sage Clinical RCM, LLC is seeking an experienced Outpatient Coding Auditor with a strong surgical-coding background. The role audits outpatient surgical encounters, validates CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and APC assignments, ensures compliance with CMS, payer, and coding guidelines, identifies risks and quality-improvement opportunities, and provides written feedback and education to coding staff. The position requires at least three years of outpatient coding audit experience focused on surgical specialties, along with knowledge of operative-report auditing, CMS and NCCI guidelines, and strong analytical and documentation skills.
