Perspektiv(e) LOS GmbH – Youth Care Palme is hiring a part-time Outpatient Family Support Worker for 25–30 hours per week. The role provides outpatient perspective assessments, supervised contact visits, systemic family therapy, and child-protection support, with an appreciative and resource-oriented approach. Applicants need a degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or an equivalent qualification, plus experience in outpatient family support or child and youth welfare.
