Description
The role provides short-term, evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and groups within an outpatient behavioral-health program. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, community-resource referral, documentation, electronic medical-record entry, billing, chart audits, and meeting performance targets. The position requires Spanish-language ability, a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, verifiable New Jersey licensure in good standing, and clinical experience with children and adolescents.
