CASES is hiring an Outpatient Supervisor, LCSW to lead clinical operations at its Bronx Nathaniel Clinic, an OMH-licensed outpatient mental health program serving adolescents and adults with behavioral health needs. The role supervises a multidisciplinary care team, supports staff development and clinical standards, coordinates care with co-located ATI and pretrial programs, manages high-risk clients, participates in crisis coverage, and leads quality-improvement initiatives. The position is full-time and on-site in the Bronx, with a salary of $75,000–$85,000 annually and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
