Description

H2 Health is looking for an experienced, full-time, remote Outpatient Therapy Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for outpatient rehabilitation positions such as Physical Therapists, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and Hand Therapists. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing multiple requisitions across various states, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The recruiter will contribute to shaping the future of the organization by connecting exceptional clinicians with career opportunities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Previous experience recruiting for outpatient rehabilitation positions.
Demonstrated success recruiting Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Hand Therapists.
Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Experience recruiting across multiple states and geographic markets.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of responsiveness, communication, and accountability while working in a fully remote environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-driven approach.
Ability to quickly learn and confidently represent multiple brands and service lines within a growing healthcare organization.
Experience using applicant tracking systems required; Workable ATS experience is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting hiring across Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.
