AMDA is hiring a full-time Outreach Advisor based in Chicago to lead regional, national, and occasional international outreach and recruiting initiatives for prospective students. The role involves coordinating events and auditions, building relationships with schools and guidance counselors, delivering presentations, supporting promotional marketing and copywriting, analyzing outreach data, and collaborating with Admissions and faculty. It requires extensive travel, flexible evening and weekend availability, strong communication and presentation abilities, organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom, and a bachelor's degree.
