Greater Goals ABA Corp is hiring a full-time Outreach & Growth Representative to expand family access to ABA services through community outreach, referrals, and pipeline management. The role involves completing 12–15 drop-ins daily, submitting new clients to intake, monitoring leads through active service, interviewing and staffing RBT/BCBA cases, coordinating with field staff, and building relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations. Compensation is $60,000 per year plus commission, with flexible field-based scheduling and benefits including professional development, mileage, and expense reimbursement.
