Description
The Outreach Coordinator supports Odyssey House’s Park Avenue program by supervising and delivering mental health and substance abuse counseling, intervention, education, and case management services. The role organizes outreach groups, recruits clients from hospitals, shelters, treatment programs, and other community settings, conducts community presentations, documents client progress, maintains confidential records, reports to the Senior Director, and supervises Peer Specialists. The position is based at 113 East 123rd Street in New York, New York, and requires a diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience preferred.
