HealthNet is hiring a full-time Outreach Enrollment Specialist in Bloomington, Indiana, to provide education and enrollment assistance for uninsured and underinsured children and adults. The role includes establishing community partnerships, following up on referrals, promoting health insurance options, and participating in community events. The position pays starting at $22 per hour and offers a Monday through Friday schedule with extended hours on Thursday. A high school diploma or GED and driver’s license are required; a bachelor’s degree, Indiana Navigator Certification, Medicaid and ACA knowledge, and False Claims Act experience are preferred or obtainable. The role requires reliable transportation, physical ability to perform standing, walking, bending, and lifting duties, and English communication skills.
