Description
DLA Piper is hiring an Outside Counsel Guidelines Attorney to support its New Business Intake and Procurement function by reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing engagement terms and Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), identifying legal and operational risks, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining related tracking systems, playbooks, and procedures. The role partners with the Office of General Counsel and other teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and timely resolution of engagement terms, and it is offered as a hybrid position available in any U.S. office.
