Douglas Fast Net is hiring a full-time Outside Operations Manager to oversee aerial and underground fiber construction projects from its Creswell shop. The role manages outside plant crews, schedules and budgets work, monitors service orders, coordinates with engineering and vendors, maintains project documentation, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supports customer and stakeholder communications. The position requires at least five years of outside plant construction experience, strong project management and communication skills, knowledge of fiber infrastructure and regulations, and the ability to work in the field and handle occasional after-hours or weekend calls.
