Douglas Fast Net is hiring a full-time Outside Operations Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of its fiber plant in Lane County, Oregon. Based at the Creswell shop and reporting there daily, the role manages outside plant technicians and contractors, schedules work, monitors service orders, ensures safety and quality, supports customer and stakeholder communications, and develops processes and employee performance. The position requires at least five years of outside plant construction experience, preferably in telecommunications, along with project management, communication, regulatory, and fiber infrastructure knowledge.
