Tremco Roofing and WTI is hiring an Outside Sales Associate in Central Ontario to support commercial roofing sales. The role includes traveling within an assigned territory, partnering with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training, and developing sales, communication, organizational, and computer-application skills. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, strong work ethic, and willingness to complete the year-long training program; an associate’s degree, trade certification, or bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$80,000, health benefits, RRSP, pension, training support, advancement opportunities, and relevant business expenses.
