Tremco Roofing and WTI is hiring an Outside Sales Associate in Central Ontario to support commercial roofing sales. The role includes traveling within an assigned territory, partnering with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training, and developing sales, communication, organizational, and computer-application skills. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, practical Microsoft Office literacy, strong work ethic, and willingness to complete the year-long training program; an associate’s, trade-school, or bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$80,000, health benefits, RRSP and pension plan support, training, advancement opportunities, and relevant business expenses.
