Alabama Professional Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners and business owners during scheduled appointments and through self-generated leads, diagnose pest, termite, and other home issues, develop service proposals, coordinate with technicians, cultivate leads, and maintain client relationships. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle and tools, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Candidates need 2–5 years of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or higher, a valid ID and clean driving record, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.
