Attic Projects is hiring a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative for its home improvement business. The role involves inspecting attics and crawl spaces, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored insulation, HVAC, roofing, and related solutions, managing the sales cycle through closing, preparing estimates and inspection reports, and coordinating with operations teams, crew leaders, and subcontractors. Candidates need at least three years of in-person sales experience, CRM experience (BuilderTrend preferred), a clean driver's license, willingness to perform physical tasks, and strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Compensation is commission-based with paid training, average earnings of $100,000–$150,000 and top earnings above $200,000 annually; medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are offered.
