Big Ass Fans is hiring a remote Outside Sales Representative for its Atlanta, Georgia sales territory. The role serves as the customer-facing representative for industrial fan solutions, conducting facility surveys, recommending customized products, recording customer information and interactions in a CRM, developing new opportunities, coordinating with internal sales and installation teams, and nurturing customer relationships after purchase. The position requires frequent regional travel and overnight hotel stays, outside sales experience, CRM proficiency, strong relationship-building and self-management skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to perform extended driving and physical site-visit activities. Compensation is $70,000–$73,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an anticipated start date of November 2, 2026.
