Outside Sales Representative at Builders FirstSource

The Outside Sales Representative represents Builders FirstSource at customer sites, gathers customer needs and design specifications, develops sales proposals and quotes, identifies leads, and presents products and services. The role spends most of the day traveling to customer locations, may or may not be eligible for sales commissions, and requires a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field plus 0–2 years of industry sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The position requires a valid driver’s license, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, Office Suite proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds on occasion.
