Builders FirstSource is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Ferndale, Washington Yard and Eastern Idaho territory. The role develops relationships with residential, multifamily, and commercial construction customers; identifies and closes new business; presents proposals and product solutions; manages sales contracts and project specifications; troubleshoots field issues; and mentors newer sales professionals. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of successful sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout the territory. The position offers base compensation plus commission, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
