Dry Force is hiring full-time Outside Sales Consultants in Dallas to help homeowners affected by water loss. The role involves building trust, explaining restoration capabilities, evaluating damage with moisture meters, preparing job scopes, securing work authorization, coaching homeowners through payment options, stabilizing affected areas, communicating with customers and insurance carriers, and processing documentation. The position requires at least three years of outside selling experience, strong communication and rapport-building skills, comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces, computer and mobile-device proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime and during weather-related surge events. Compensation includes base salary, monthly commissions, quarterly bonuses, and medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k benefits.
