EquipmentShare’s Forge & Build is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Britt, Iowa. The role sells construction materials and related products and services to contractors, builders, developers, homeowners, and other customers; manages quotes, customer relationships, payments, sales metrics, and store partnerships. The position offers $100,000+ total compensation, including a $50,000 base salary and uncapped commission, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and a company-provided truck. Candidates need a valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, strong communication and sales skills, and at least three years of building-material and lumber sales experience with estimating experience.
