Filevine is hiring a Field Sales Representative to build its legal-deposition sales motion from the ground up in the Greater Houston Metro area. The role owns a geographic territory, conducts at least four field days per week, develops a playbook, sells premium deposition services and AI products, drives prospecting and CRM activity, and supports customer enablement. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of outside sales experience, a strong in-person relationship-building record, and the ability to sell premium value in a competitive market. The position offers $80,000–$90,000 base plus commission, with on-target earnings of $30,000 or more.
