JASPER Engines & Transmissions is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to cultivate business with independent repair facilities, local fleets, city and government entities, marinas, and national accounts in the Columbus, Georgia and Warner Robins territory. The role involves prospecting, needs assessments, sales proposals and presentations, account management, product introductions, and long-term relationship development. Candidates need a degree or at least two years of sales experience, a hunter sales mentality, self-starter motivation, automotive knowledge, and integrity. The position offers a $60,000–$75,000 base salary, quarterly growth bonuses, full benefits after 30 days, paid holidays, PTO, a 401(k) match, and ESOP shares.
