The role involves prospecting and cultivating business with independent repair facilities, fleets, government entities, marinas, and national accounts; conducting needs assessments; preparing proposals and presentations; managing accounts; introducing products; and building long-term customer relationships. Candidates need a degree or at least two years of sales experience, a hunter sales mentality, self-motivation, automotive knowledge, and integrity. The position offers a $70,000–$75,000 base salary, quarterly growth bonuses, and full benefits after 30 days.
