JASPER Engines & Transmissions is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for Territory 2202 in Boise, Idaho. The role involves prospecting and cultivating business with independent repair facilities, fleets, government entities, marinas, and national accounts; conducting needs assessments; preparing proposals and presentations; managing accounts; introducing products; and building long-term customer relationships. Candidates need a degree or at least two years of sales experience, a hunter sales mentality, self-motivation, automotive knowledge, and integrity. The position offers a $60,000–$75,000 base salary, quarterly growth bonuses, full benefits after 30 days, paid holidays, PTO, a 401(k) match, and ESOP shares.
