Description
JASPER Engines & Transmissions is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Provo, Southern Utah territory. The role involves prospecting and cultivating business with independent repair facilities, fleets, government entities, marinas, and national accounts; conducting needs assessments; preparing proposals and presentations; managing accounts; introducing products; and building long-term customer relationships. The position is day-shift based with one overnight week per month and requires a degree or two-plus years of sales experience, a hunter sales mentality, self-starter motivation, automotive knowledge, and integrity. Compensation is a $60,000–$75,000 base salary plus quarterly growth bonuses, with full benefits after 30 days.
