The role involves prospecting, needs assessments, sales proposals and presentations, account management, product introductions, and long-term relationship development. Candidates need a degree or at least two years of sales experience, a hunter sales mentality, self-motivation, automotive knowledge, and integrity. The position offers a $60,000–$75,000 base salary, quarterly growth bonuses, and full benefits after 30 days.
