New Castle Building Products is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative for its East Berlin, Connecticut branch. The role involves calling on existing customers, generating new accounts, providing and following up on quotes, coordinating deliveries, resolving customer concerns, preparing work orders, and managing relationships and a CRM program. Candidates need residential building-materials sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently; previous sales experience is preferred.
