Outside Sales Representative at PCA

PCA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned territory or account, develop and maintain a pipeline, negotiate pricing and sales agreements, manage customer relationships, coordinate with the design department, and handle account management activities such as credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and collections. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of outside-sales experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate with difficult accounts; 3 years of corrugated-material or paper-sales experience is preferred. The starting salary range is $80,000–$150,000, with annual bonuses and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
