Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell residential high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video services through face-to-face prospecting and consultative sales. The role involves visiting assigned leads, conducting needs analyses, presenting proposals, completing sales documentation, meeting monthly targets, monitoring competitors, and traveling extensively through local communities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, English communication skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability for evenings and weekends; 2+ years of sales or relevant experience is preferred. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus incentives, with total compensation potentially exceeding $100,000 annually, and free or discounted Spectrum services.
