The role involves visiting assigned leads, conducting needs analyses, presenting proposals, completing sales documentation, meeting monthly targets, monitoring competitors, and traveling extensively through local communities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, English communication skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability for evenings and weekends; 2+ years of sales or relevant experience is preferred. The position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus for qualified external hires, a competitive base salary plus incentives, and free or discounted Spectrum services.
