Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in San Francisco to grow revenue and market share by acquiring new business and expanding existing customer relationships through equipment rental solutions. The role involves consultative selling, prospecting, territory planning, proposal presentation, negotiation, CRM activity, customer support, and occasional equipment deliveries. Candidates need 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication and sales skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card. The position offers a base salary of $85,000 to $105,000 plus uncapped commission and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
