The role involves speaking with business owners and decision makers, educating customers, helping them select services, closing sales, and managing the book of business. No prior sales experience is required because training is provided. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $80,000–$120,000+, bi-weekly pay, bonuses, and incentives.
