The role involves speaking with business owners and decision makers, educating customers, helping them select energy services, closing sales, and managing a book of business. No prior sales experience is required because training is provided. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $75,000–$120,000+, bi-weekly pay, bonuses, and incentives.
