New Castle Building Products is hiring a full-time, mid-level Outside Sales Representative for its Ronkonkoma, New York branch. The role focuses on growing revenue by managing existing customer accounts, generating new leads and accounts through road sales, preparing quotes and work orders, coordinating with inside sales and deliveries, resolving customer concerns, supporting collections when needed, and maintaining knowledge of residential building-material product lines. Candidates should have residential experience in areas such as roofing, siding, decking, windows and doors, metal, or gutters, along with sales experience, CRM proficiency, organization, independence, scheduling ability, and strong communication skills.
